Our stated customer service hours are 9am-5pm Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday. We are one hour behind New York City and two hours ahead of Los Angeles.

All orders must be paid by Major Credit Card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

About U.S. Overnight Orders: Our overnight carrier is DHL, although we occasionally use UPS.
DHL does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
Overnight orders placed after 2pm CST, Monday - Thursday will ship out the following day.
Overnight orders shipped out on Friday will not arrive until Monday.
Overnight orders placed after 2pm CST on Friday will be shipped out on Monday and arrive to you on Tuesday (unless there is a holiday).

Not all zip codes qualify for overnight delivery.

For International Customers: We now offer international ordering for a flat $20 surcharge. Please note that each country has its own regulations regarding incoming shipments. We cannot mark the packages as 'gifts' to avoid additional charges by your government. Please consult your country's regulations to find out if your order will require an additional tax to reach your address.

Return Policies
Due to the intimate nature of our product lines, we cannot accept returns. However, if you receive the wrong size or color in an item, you may exchange it for the correct item at no charge when your request in writing is received within 30 days of your order date. Replacements will be shipped within 30 days after we receive your return. Please Note: Defective goods will be replaced once it is returned with the same style. Please call with any questions.

Product Exchange Information:
If you find you need to exchange your garment for a different size or style to achieve a better fit, please follow the instructions below:

1. Submit your request for exchange within 30 days of your order.
2. Enclose a note stating what product you want in exchange, style number, size and color.
3. Include your contact information; phone number and email address, as well as your return mailing address.
4. If possible, include a copy of your receipt.
