Product Exchange Information:
If you find you need to exchange your garment for a different size or style to achieve a better fit, please follow the instructions below:
- Submit your request for exchange within 30 days of your order.
- Enclose a note stating what product you want in exchange, style number, size and color.
- Include your contact information; phone number and email address, as well as your return mailing address.
- If possible, include a copy of your receipt.

Customer Service Hours
Our customer service hours are 9am-5pm Central Standard Time, Monday through Friday. We are one hour behind New York City and two hours ahead of Los Angeles.
About U.S. Overnight Orders:
Our overnight carrier is DHL, although we occasionally use UPS as well.
DHL does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
Overnight orders placed after 2pm CST, Monday - Thursday will ship out the following day.
Overnight orders shipped out on Friday will not arrive until Monday.
Overnight orders placed after 2pm CST on Friday will be shipped out on Monday and arrive to you on Tuesday (unless there is a holiday).
Not all zip codes qualify for overnight delivery.

For International Customers: We now offer international ordering for a flat $20 surcharge. Please note that each country has its own regulations regarding incoming shipments. We cannot mark the packages as 'gifts' to avoid additional charges by your government.
